The Tata Harrier EV has been showcased at the Bharat Mobility 2024 show and the 2023 Auto Expo show. Now it looks like this model is a production model and is ready to launch in the market. Tata’s new platform is based on the [Acti.EV architecture] Harrier EV, which is the same platform that is used in Punch EV.

Tata Harrier EV Design

Talking about design, you will get to see the Tata LED logo. Overall dimensions are similar to those of the normal Harrier. The weight of Harrier will be about 400 kg more. Now we have seen this color, especially with the Punch EV. It is a seaweed green color.
If we compare it with the diesel Harrier, we will see changes in the aerodynamics, grille, and bumper, and in terms of design, the design of the alloy wheels is also different.

Tata Harrier ev Battey/Range

Its battery can be a battery pack of 50–60 kWh, and the range can be around 450–500 km, which the company will try to target. Dual motors will be installed in it, on the front axle and rear axle. Motors will be installed on both axles, whose combined output will be around 300 to 350 Newton meters.
Tata Harrier EV Features
The Tata Harrier EV will have features like a digital instrument console, a large infotainment display, and ADAS level 2 features. The front parking camera or sensor will also be seen. Tata Company has not said much officially yet.
The electric version of the Harrier will likely have similar features to its ICE (internal combustion engine) counterpart.

Tata Harrier EV Price and Launch
The design and looks are futuristic, but when the Harrier EV hits the market, how much will it cost? The top model with diesel is priced around Rs 25 lakh [ex-showroom] and could be priced around Rs 30-35 lakh [ex-showroom]. The Tata Harrier EV will be launched by the end of 2024 or early 2025.
